申命记 6;6-9 6 我今日所吩咐你的这些诫命，要记在你的心上； 7 你们要将这些教训灌输给你们的儿女，无论你坐在家里、路上、躺下、起床，都应当谈论这些。 8 要把它们绑在手上作为记号，又要把它们放在额上两眼之间 9 又要写在你房屋的门框上，并你城的门上。

Deuteronomy 6;6-9 6 These commandments that I give you today will be on your heart; 7 you shall instill them in your children, and you shall talk about them when you sit in your house, and when you go by the way, and when you lie down, and when you get up. 8 You shall bind them on your hand as a sign, and you shall place them on your forehead between your eyes 9 and you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on the gates of your city.
